Greetings!
It seems early, but Fall
is definitely in the air! As a matter of fact, I
have Halloween
on my mind already......well, actually, it's on my
Brain.......... Many of you
know that for a couple of months, now, I have been trying
to recover from an injury to my brain. Today I've learned
that it's getting worse instead of better. So, tomorrow I
will have surgery that will hopefully fix it for good. The
great news is that it requires several holes in my head,
so with a little metal flake paint I will be an awesome
Bowling Ball for Halloween!! Just wanted to warn you that
that costume's been taken!!
It's been so long since I've written (and will be a
while longer until I can), I just wanted to let you know
that wonderful
yarns, embellishments,
and
TASSEL KITS are arriving daily. And, in spite
of my exploding head, we are still having lots of fun at
Florilegium. We'd love to have you join us!!

new book has me TOTALLY inspired to thread up the
ribbons. As a matter of fact, as soon as possible I hope
to have a Saturday "Demo" day where we can all experiment
with it's exciting new ideas! The date will be announced in

NewTassel Kit |

So many people have been asking for Tassel kits, and I
have FINALLY figured out how to keep them coming!!!! From
now until I run out of ideas (approximately year 2050, I
hope).....I will be creating at least ONE limited edition
tassel kit each month. I'll make as many as I can from
these gorgeous, irreplaceable Czech beads, and that will
be it for that kit. This month begins with the large
tassel shown above, but there is a bookmark tassel and a
medium-sized tassel kit, as well. I think
Fred will be linking the picture above to
photos of the other two designs, so just click on this
photo to see the others.
PS: The
designs are finished, the
instructions are almost ready, and the
materials are kitted!!! My
exploding head has delayed the actual delivery to the
store by about one week, I think.....So,
NEXT WEEK, if all goes well, they should be ready!!
