Hello Friends! We specialize in making our classes fit your schedule. We are happy to provide a quick demonstration of any of the knitting, crochet, embroidery, needlepoint, beading, or ribbon techniques we know, as time permits or by special appointment. If you catch me at a quiet time, I can easily show you how to make one of several wonderful ribbon flowers (roses, pansies, buds, leaves, etc.) with the beautiful wider ombre or grosgrain ribbons. In just a few minutes, I can get you started doing, Knitting, Crochet, ribbon embroidery, as well. Lots of needlepoint techniques are quick to learn, and can also be done in those spare quiet moments. If you would like a more in-depth lesson, a class for two or more, or a specially designed project, please give us a call to arrange a time and to discuss fees (if any, usually only materials). (Quick lessons with me will be free except for the cost of materials - a grosgrain pansy will cost about $9.50, an ombre ribbon rose will cost about $7.00, just an explanation = FREE, basic knitting, crochet and needlepoint instruction = FREE.) We are also happy to answer questions or to help get you "unstuck" in a project any time that time permits. We have stocked a number of videos on beading techniques, ribbon embroidery, and crazy quilting that you are welcome to come in to watch (or check out to watch at home).
